Enjoy beautiful sunrises from this large ocean front property with 63 feet of protected deep water dockage. Ocean views from almost every window in this 4-bedroom 3 bath house. Walk upstairs to find the living and dining rooms, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor main living area. You will love being in the spacious kitchen that fits the whole family and more! Cook, dine and relax with views from 24 ft of sliding glass doors. Enjoy cable and access to any of your own shows with our 4 smart TVs.
The private master suite is on the 3rd floor with floor to ceiling ocean views. From the windows inside the brand-new shower you can see the local sand bar and great ocean views. The third floor also offer spacious roof top patio with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and a great place for night time star gazing.
Pool side features a cabana room with a full-size refrigerator to hold your cold drinks and a 450 LBS ice machine, a must have for the fisherman. Open the room to a bar, lounge chairs, sectional sofa, gas grill, and picnic table. Clean your daily catch at the covered fish cleaning station. There is plenty of covered, shady areas to relax in the pool and lounge chairs or choose to be out in the sun.
The dock can accommodate up to a 33 ft boat. There is a commercial ice maker and full size bait freezer! Included are 2 kayaks for exploring marine life right off the back of the property. Ample parking for cars and trailers.
